Maddy is a certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.(R)) who earned her degree in Radiologic Technology in 2021. Based in Savannah, she specializes in diagnostic imaging and assists in pain management procedures using her expertise in radiology. Passionate about patient care, Maddy is proud to be part of the LCSS team.

Zaniya is a certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist dedicated to serving her local Georgia community. She brings compassion and care to every patient interaction—whether helping athletes recover or supporting individuals through pain management. Z is proud to make a difference at LCSS, one patient at a time.

Born in Beaufort and raised in Bluffton, Miguel embraces the Lowcountry lifestyle through a love of family, sports, and time with a beloved pitbull mix, Roxy. A graduate of the University of South Carolina Beaufort with a degree in psychology, Miguel has been part of the Lowcountry Spine and Sport team for over nine years and currently serves as Clinical Manager. Passionate about golf, soccer, and community care, he is dedicated to helping patients thrive and proud to be part of the LCSS family.

Alex Harris was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, before moving to Cincinnati, Ohio, and eventually settling on Hilton Head Island. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and joined Lowcountry Spine and Sport two years ago. As a medical assistant, he supports interventional procedures, patient intake, and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) preparation.

In his free time, Alex enjoys golf, bird watching, and exploring the field of medicine as he prepares to apply to medical school. He takes great pride in serving the community alongside the team at Lowcountry Spine and Sport.

Shirley is a skilled Radiologic Technologist with a calm, patient-focused approach. With a background in diagnostic imaging and over 30 years of experience in both healthcare and customer service, she brings clarity, care, and professionalism to every patient interaction. Shirley’s adaptability and warmth make her a trusted presence at Low Country Spine and Sport for over 2 years.  

She’s married to Ross Turpin, a Lowcountry native, for 28 years. And a proud mom of two grown daughters, Sydney and Weeva.

Norlisha Gistarb serves as the Billing Manager at Lowcountry Spine and Sport, with over 20 years of expertise in medical billing and credentialing. A graduate of Northwestern State University in Louisiana with a Master of Arts in Adult Learning with a concentration in Workforce Development, she specializes in training and creating efficient, accurate, and patient-focused billing processes.

Originally from Georgia, Kenzie serves as the friendly and professional first point of contact at Lowcountry Spine & Sport. She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient and visitor. With a strong sense of sincerity and attention to detail, Kenzie ensures that each interaction reflects the values and commitment of the LCSS team.

As the Office Manager at LCSS, Amber is committed to creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for both patients and staff. With a strong focus on support and efficiency, she ensures that daily operations run smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the clinical team to focus on exceptional care.

Born in California and raised in California/Virginia, Amber brings a diverse perspective and a love for connection to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring new places, hiking, and adventuring outdoors with her family and their two dogs.
