We Now Offer Non-Surgical Procedures using Regenexx® injectates for Joint Injuries, Osteoarthritis and Other Orthopedic Conditions.
Procedures using Regenexx® injectates provide non-surgical treatment options for those suffering from pain related to osteoarthritis, joint injuries, spine pain, overuse conditions, and common sports injuries.
These medical procedures are only performed by highly-skilled physicians trained specifically in Interventional Orthopedics, and are used to help reduce pain and improve function. These procedures have helped thousands of patients improve their quality of life, return to the activities they enjoy, and avoid the need for surgery or joint replacement.
Physicians in the licensed Regenexx network represent a very selective, highly-skilled, interventional orthopedics network that is 100% focused on orthopedic conditions. All physicians are musculoskeletal experts with extensive training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as complex, image-guided injections of your body's own healing agents to treat orthopedic issues. Regenexx provider patient outcomes are tracked in a registry and with that information, we provide transparent outcome data (below) for those who may be considering this treatment option.

Here’s how it works: We use your own cells to repair lost tissue.
The procedure consists of a bone marrow draw, where a small amount of whole marrow is extracted from the back of your hips.
Your cells are isolated from that marrow sample then reinjected that same day into the joint/site being treated. In some cases, there could be anywhere between 1-3 injections into the joint/site, depending on the procedure the doctor prescribes.
-
Regenex is highly concentrated, proprietary orthobiologic injections (derived from the patient's own bone marrow or blood) to stimulate the body’s natural healing capabilities to repair damaged tissue.
-
We do all of our injections right into the joint or site of damage (in the joint vs. in the vein) under live ultrasound. Your MRI will serve as a guide for the doctor.
-
There is virtually no down time with this outpatient procedure. The entire process will take anywhere from 2-8 days depending on the doctor’s recommendation. Typically, you can walk right out of the clinic the same day any procedure is completed. For all blood-derived procedures (SCP, PL), you will typically only need to come in for one day for treatment.
